Job Purpose:
- The All Source Analyst at Knight Federal Solutions Inc. is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting a wide range of intelligence data from multiple sources to support decision-making processes. The role involves providing comprehensive assessments and reports that enhance situational awareness and inform strategic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
- Have experience in CENTCOM AOR
- Open to Rotating shifts to accommodate Crisis Support
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a similar discipline.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, preferably in a government or defense-related environment.
- Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence data from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting intelligence reports to senior leadership.
- Experience working with intelligence databases and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with the intelligence cycle and methodologies.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using analytical software and tools, such as Palantir, Analyst Notebook, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Knowledge of geopolitical issues and current events impacting national security.
