About the Role
We are seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to provide technical, analytical, and operational support to attorneys and investigative teams. This role manages litigation systems, supports ediscovery workflows, and enables data-driven case preparation across multiple secure enclaves. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret clearance and be able to work onsite in Washington, DC.
What You'll Do
Administer and maintain litigation support systems across multiple enclaves to ensure continuous availability.
Support attorneys and case teams using Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, Everlaw, Lexmark, Nuix, and other elitigation tools.
Perform data processing, loading, indexing, and quality control for case repositories.
Conduct data analytics, timeline development, communication pattern analysis, and data quality assessments.
Support Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) workflows and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
Build and maintain dashboards within Relativity/Everlaw or using Power BI to support case review and decision-making.
Troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and ensure compliance with federal data handling standards.
Document workflows, processes, and system configurations.
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance (SCI preferred).
3+ years of experience in litigation support, ediscovery, or digital forensics.
Hands-on experience with:
Relativity (admin + analytics)
Nuix
Everlaw
IPRO Eclipse
Lexmark
Power BI
Experience supporting TAR workflows and data analytics for legal matters.
Strong understanding of ediscovery processes, data processing, and review workflows.
Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DOJ, USAO, FBI, or Intelligence Community litigation environments.
Familiarity with multienclave system operations.
Knowledge of scripting or automation (Python, SQL, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
