RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Field Liaison (Journeyman) to provide onsite coordination and support for cyber system fielding, training, and operational integration. This role ensures seamless delivery, installation, and maintenance of cyber infrastructure by serving as a key bridge between program management teams and local mission stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, technical understanding of cyber operations, and experience engaging with diverse mission partners.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time on-site at NSA/Fort George G. Meade, MD supporting cyber systems fielding and training efforts.
• Build, maintain, and broker relationships with local staff, mission partners, and operational elements.
• Coordinate the delivery, installation, operation, and maintenance of cyber infrastructure, networks, and equipment.
• Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of local mission requirements, operations, and constraints.
• Participate in meetings and synchronization events to stay embedded in day-to-day mission activities and resolve operational issues.
• Serve as liaison between local mission teams and the project management/field support teams, ensuring requirements and feedback are captured and advocated for.
• Act as the local representative for software deployments, ensuring all approvals, installation activities, functionality checks, and coordination occur during Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs).

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a stakeholder engagement or liaison role.
  • Experience engaging across diverse mission organizations is strongly preferred.
• Clearance:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with CI poly required.

• Primary duty station listed as Hanover, MD
