DCI Job Requirement for:

Cost Analyst

Location: APG, MD

Job Description:

Serve as a Cost Analyst at the BMD Staff level in support of PM EW&C

SME for Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT)

Perform a wide variety of cost analysis supporting life cycle cost estimates (LCCE).

Develop the following in support of Program of Records:

Program office estimates (POEs)
Spruill Charts
Develop or evaluate the following:
Cost assessments
Cost positions relating to the systems development and demonstration
Production approaches
Assess impact on systems and program costs, to include analyses of prototype systems

Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs)

Coordinate with DASA-CE personnel

Support CAPE Briefs and CARD Cost Assessments

Provide cost guidance and information to meet program requirements

Build Cost Estimates in ACEIT

Qualifications:

BS/BA or higher in Business Management, or Science Field

5+ years of cost analysis experience

3+ years of experience with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT)

ACEIT Certification

DAU Cost Accounting Courses (Preferred)

Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance
