What We're Looking For
As a Virtualization CNO Developer at CyberPoint, you will support development efforts for advanced virtualization capabilities within secure mission environments. This role focuses on low-level software engineering, embedded systems, Windows internals and networking to enable cyber operations and mission-critical virtualization solutions.
You will work closely with a specialized Virtualization team to design, develop and debug system-level components that interact directly with operating systems, memory structures and network protocols. This role requires strong C programming skills and hands-on experience in cybersecurity or CNO-specific development.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop low-level software components supporting virtualization capabilities.
- Program primarily in C with emphasis on memory management and system-level functionality.
- Work within Windows internals to develop and debug advanced system components.
- Implement and analyze networking protocols and SSL security layers.
- Perform reverse engineering for debugging and system analysis.
- Contribute to cybersecurity/CNO-focused development efforts.
- Collaborative with cross-functional engineers to support mission objectives.
- Document technical designs, implementation details and testing results.
What You'll Need
- US Citizenship
- TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related discipline
- CS2: 5+ years of software development experience
- CS3: 10+ years of software development experience
- Minimum 2 years of cybersecurity or CNO-specific development experience
- Strong proficiency in C
- Experience with memory management and low-level debugging
- Experience working with Windows internals
- Experience with networking protocols and SSL security layers
- Experience performing reverse engineering for debugging purposes
