As a Networking and Internet Product Manager at CyberPoint, you will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems with a focus on cloud networking and resilient internet connectivity in support of Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO).
You will work closely with technical teams, government stakeholders and mission partners to shape secure, highly reliable networking solutions that enable operational success. This role requires deep experience in cloud networking architectures, strong stakeholder engagement across the OCO enterprise and the ability to translate mission needs into actionable product strategies.

What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cloud networking and internet connectivity solutions supporting OCO missions.
- Provide thought leadership and partner with stakeholders to design highly reliable, redundant networking architectures.
- Lead product backlog refinement and ensure networking capabilities are clearly defined, prioritized and decomposed into actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to drive Program Increment (PI) planning, execution and risk mitigation.
- Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons stakeholders, USCYBERCOM, NSA, Services and CCMDs to align cloud networking capability delivery.
- Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), operational working groups and OCO forums focused on networking initiatives.
- Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans and functional specifications for secure cloud networking solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver secure, multi-platform applications emphasizing resilient connectivity.
- Mentor junior product managers and gave cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
What You'll Need
- US Citizenship
- TS/SCI + CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum:
- 12 years of experience with Bachelor's degree
- 10 years with Master's degree
- 16 years with HS Diploma or Associate's degree
- Significant experience in cloud networking and internet connectivity
- Experience supporting government agencies or defense/intelligence sector programs
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud networking principles
- High availability and redundant internet connectivity architectures
- Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs and secure network services
- Experience in Agile environments and product lifecycle management
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and documentation skills
What Will Set You Apart
- SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification or similar Agile credentials
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- CompTIA Network+
- MBA or related advanced degree
- Experience directly supporting OCO PMO initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior product managers and guide enterprise-level product strategy
