Raytheon is seeking a Finance Analyst for the Commercial, Intelligence, and IT (Ci2) portfolio. Interested candidates will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and cost controls associated with classified government contracts. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

What You Will Do
- Accounting data extraction and reconciliation; Labor and cost transfer submittals.
- Assist in monitoring costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective.
- Support supply-chain management in financial controls of subcontracts and material procurement forecasting.
- Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
- Development of quarterly EACs; analyze/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
- Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation; manpower planning; forecasting; and reporting.
- Develop briefing package of program financial status to be presented to the Customer.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Professional experience in a related finance role
- Existing SSBI with ability to get CI poly
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Current CI Polygraph
- Excel proficiency
- Ability to manage priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.
- Experience with APEX / PRISM, knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting.
- Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls.
