Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and synchronize comprehensive HUMINT collection strategies that support Unconventional Warfare (UW) and Counter-Terrorism (CT) objectives
- Manage the full life cycle of Intelligence Collection Requirements (ICR), translating commander's critical information requirements (CCIRs) into actionable tasks for field elements
- Embed collection management into the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle to ensure rapid exploitation of captured materials and personnel
- Review and "sanitize" Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), providing critical feedback to collectors to refine source placement and access
- Work with counterintelligence and operational vetting cells to ensure the integrity of the human source pool in high-threat, non-permissive environments
- Deploy as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance required: TS/SCI (with CI Poly preferred)
- 8+ years in HUMINT, with at least 3 years in a Collection Management role supporting specialized task forces or Elite military units
- Mastery of the HUMINT toolset, specifically HOT-R, CHROME, GCOMS, and Multimedia Message Manager (M3)
- Graduate of the Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC) or the Defense HUMINT Management Course (DHMC)
- Deep understanding of Title 10 and Title 50 authorities, as well as the legal frameworks governing sensitive military operations (SMO)
- Exceptional writing skills; ability to produce high-impact collection posture statements for senior mission commanders
- This position requires the ability to deploy and a valid US Passport
- Must be comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced "ops center" environments with minimal supervision
