ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Program Security Specialist to support our team in Moorestown, NJ.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing of the company's industrial security programs and procedures for the protection of classified and proprietary materials.
- Manages security education initiatives and conducts audits to ensure compliance and awareness across the organization.
- Investigate security violations and prepare detailed reports outlining corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee the standard operating procedures for security databases and system records, including platforms such as the Security Information Management System (SIMS), DISS, NBIS and SharePoint.
- Collaborate closely with the Management to ensure consistent execution of ASRC Federal's corporate security policies and procedures.
- Maintain secure areas (e.g., Closed Areas, Restricted Areas) in compliance with DCSA requirements.
- Forecasts and tracks government inspections as well as Staff Assisted Visits, and coordinates with Management to prepare, manage, and interface with local team for upcoming Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) audits.
- Conducts trend analysis of internal self-inspections and government-sponsored audits, providing after-action reviews and driving continuous improvement.
- Manages the governance of security policies through routine reviews, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of updates.
- In alignment with the CSO, executes approved business processes to support new government requirements and IT system integrations under Trusted Workforce 2.0.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging security regulations, including strict compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule).
- Support NISP compliance across the entity and contribute to the development and execution of the ASRC Insider Threat Program in partnership with Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a related or applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Experience managing a team of security specialists.
- Familiarity with NISPOM requirements.
- Experience with personnel security processes or clearance management systems, i.e. DISS, NBIS, NISS, etc.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
