Tuvli is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed individual to fill the role of a IBM Maximo Trainer/ Management Analyst for our existing government client in the Alexandria/Kingstown, VA area.

Serve as Trainer responsible for delivering CMMS IBM Maximo Application training through classroom and remote/virtual sessions, including international travels as needed. Provide technical application support, assist with system enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain training/course materials. This role involves creating/maintaining tailored curricula and SOPs to address evolving user needs, with on-the-job training provided to develop IBM Maximo instruction skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver presentations and training by instructing Maximo Application user classes through live classroom and remote sessions, including travel to overseas locations as needed.
  • Provide technical instructions and support by assisting with regression testing of system enhancements, managing Maximo project tasks, and delivering hands-on guidance to users.
  • Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams (to include software development, operations management, application end users, and other stakeholders) to develop, update, and maintain training curricula, SOPs, and training videos aligned with evolving user needs.
  • Develop and maintain system training curricula tailored to specific user roles, collaborating closely with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Create and update Maximo user Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and multimedia training materials.
  • Execute Training tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Training Lead.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Require candidates with 2+ years of directly related experience in classroom training, instruction, and presentation.
  • Good communication and writing skills are essential.
  • Prefer candidates with experience with IBM Maximo software functional knowledge.
  • Experience with Captivate software is preferred.
  • Security Clearance: Minimum DoD Interim Secret Clearance is required.
  • Candidate must reside within 50 miles of the Nation Capital Region (NCR)/ Washington DC.
  • Work location is in Alexandria, Virginia. Currently hybrid schedule.
