TITLE: Senior Integration & Test Engineer with ACTIVE TS/SCI (US Citizenship REQUIRED)
RATE RANGE: $67/hr- $83/hr W2 ***Depends on experience and benefits chosen***
LOCATION: Onsite in Aurora, CO 80011 (no relocation package)
DURATION: 12+ month contract or contract to hire
CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI issued by the Department of Defense

We are seeking a Senior Integration and Test Engineer to work in a collaborative, iterative development environment. In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products and your knowledge with regards developing plans and procedures, debugging and evaluating system functions and interfaces, developing test environments, and working hand-in-hand with our integration teams and customers will be put to good use.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with an Agile product team to deliver tangible, value-added work products that meet program objectives.
Maintain a systems-level perspective, ensuring operational end goals are kept in focus throughout the program's execution.
Conduct integration and regression activities as a member of an Agile Product Team, culminating in customer demonstrations at the end of each sprint.
Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration; collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
Work within a closed area lab in Aurora, Colorado
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years' prior relevant experience.
Experience with systems integration and test for software products in an Agile, CI/CD environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and/or test automation tools.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging software-based systems or products.
Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment.
Experience with ground station and satellite domains (e.g., terrestrial data networking, command and telemetry, launch operations, flight dynamics, mission planning, on-orbit operations).
Experience with customers and external partners, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and digital engineering/test methodologies.
Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. • Experience in Test Automation tools such as Cucumber, Beehave, Gherkin, and Zephyr.
Experience in Java, C++, MATLAB, Rust, Python, and familiarity with Linux operating systems and cloud environments (AWS certification is a plus).
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor Degree Preferred
