are comfortable working in multiple environments, collaborating with
software and security teams, and producing high-quality test artifacts
that support mission delivery in an Intelligence Community setting.
About the Team.
You will join a talented, mission-focused team that provides software
development support for an organization responsible for disseminating
data to customers across the Intelligence Community.
About the Environment.
This role supports a fast-paced program that delivers capabilities used
by multiple IC customers. The work includes testing across multiple
environments and requires disciplined execution, strong documentation,
and careful handling of mission requirements in a cleared setting.

Our teams emphasize practical engineering discipline and repeatable
processes, combining manual and automated testing to ensure quality at
scale. You will help shape test strategies for future capabilities,
manage project artifacts, and support appropriate methodologies and
practices for delivery.
Summary of What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and processes to
validate mission software against requirements
- Perform UI testing, including accessibility testing, and ensure
results are captured and actionable
- Build and maintain automated test suites using tools such as
Cypress, VS Code, Eclipse, and Java
- Support regression and integration testing across multiple
environments
- Contribute to project execution through artifact management,
tooling, and collaboration with engineering stakeholders
Responsibilities may include
- Designing, developing, and implementing test plans, test cases, and
test processes
- Performing User Interface testing against requirements
- Identifying and preparing data to be used during testing
- Developing automated tests using VS Code and Cypress
- Developing automated tests using Eclipse and Java
- Using Git to manage automation test scripts (push/pull workflows)
- Performing and supporting accessibility testing
- Defining test strategies for future capabilities
- Managing project artifacts
- Determining appropriate project methodologies and practices
Required Qualifications
- You must already have an active TS/SCI with a full scope polygraph.
No exceptions and no sponsorship available
- Twelve (12) or more years of directly related technical experience
AND a Masters Degree (STEM Field or related discipline).
- Candidates without a Master’s degree will be considered on a
case-by-case basis
- Eight (8) or more years of test engineering experience supporting
programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with both manual testing and automated testing tools
(e.g., Cypress, VS Code, Eclipse, Java)
- Experience with regression and integration testing across multiple
environments
- Git
- Linux
- PuTTY
Compensation Range and Benefits. Compensation is highly competitive and
commensurate with relevant experience, credentials,
education/training/certifications, and interview outcomes. Benefits are
