We are seeking an experienced Information Warfare Planner to support operations at Camp Smith, HI in direct support of SOCPAC missions across the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility. This role sits within a Cross-Functional Team focused on synchronizing effects in the Information Environment (IE) to enable mission success across the Indo-Pacific.
In this position, you will integrate and coordinate Information-Related Capabilities (IRCs) — including MISO, cyber operations, electronic warfare, and public affairs — to inform, influence, and gain decision advantage. You will work closely with intelligence, civil affairs, and operational elements to plan, monitor, and assess information support activities aligned to commander objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Synchronize Information Environment effects to support operational objectives within INDOPACOM.
Coordinate and integrate IRCs (MISO, cyber, EW, PA) to support influence and operational outcomes.
Develop, execute, and assess information support and civil affairs plans.
Collaborate with intelligence teams to ensure aligned analysis and targeting.
Interface with senior stakeholders across DoD, INDOPACOM, SOCOM, and service components.
Maintain awareness of SAP/STO capabilities and emerging IE concepts.
Support operational testing and evaluation during exercises and mission events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Information Environment operations or related military planning. HIGHLY Prefer individuals with 10+ YEARS .
Experience coordinating across joint and multi-service commands.
