Senior Functional Analyst (Research Scientist)

Graham Technologies is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst (Research Scientist) to provide scientific and analytical support to our customers in advancing strategic research initiatives and evaluating program effectiveness in support of Warfighter Brain Health objectives

Location: Bethesda, MD

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies and analyses assessing long-term outcomes associated with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Psychological Health (PH), and related conditions.
• Develop peer-reviewed manuscripts, white papers, technical briefs, and best practice reports.
• Support research grant development and submission activities.
• Assist in creation and monitoring of research Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and research teams to integrate findings into operational practice.
• Provide meeting coordination support for scientific working groups.

Required Skills:

• US. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government background investigation in accordance with contract requirements.
• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in a scientific or health-related discipline.
• Demonstrated research experience in TBI, behavioral health, neuroscience, or related fields.

Desired Skills:

• Experience operating within DoD or Military Health System (MHS) environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with MHS GENESIS.
