The candidate will:

- Build and enhance CMS capabilities for managing articles, press releases, images, videos, documents, biographies, transcripts, and other content types through a rich editorial workflow (Draft, Preview, Published, Archived). Support a multi-tenant architecture with a shared codebase, configuration-driven tenant isolation, and per-command branding and content separation.

- Work with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server for data access, relational database design, and schema migrations.

- Integrate with Azure cloud services including App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cognitive Search, Key Vault, and Blob Storage.

- Implement and maintain RSS/Atom syndication feeds, external media integrations (DVIDS, YouTube), and public API endpoints.

- Collaborate with product owners, DevOps engineers, and security personnel to deliver mission-critical capabilities.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with automated build, test, and deployment to Azure environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack in both development and operational environments.

- Support system deployment and sustainment in IL2/IL4 cloud and on-prem environments.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development staff.

Qualifications Required:
