Join a growing team at one of the largest federal consulting agencies in support of threat mitigation for the G3 in the Pacific Theater. As a Strategic and Operational Planner, you'll bring leadership and subject matter expertise by planning, consulting, and developing strategy to help execute strategic objectives. You will contribute to the development of policy, process and systems that support the client requirements and synchronize efforts among cross functional teams. You'll work with technical experts in the realm of theater fires effects including electronic warfare (EW), Theater Fires and Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS). In this role you'll bring your expertise and team leadership qualities to life in support of an ongoing effort for the highest caliber or mission-forward solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
· YOE 3-5 yrs. as a Strategic or Operational Planner in the military
· Domain experience with Air defense, Theater Fires effects including Kinetic effects, non-kinetic effects, Electronic warfare, Cyber Defense and Counter UAS or unmanned aerial systems.
· Experience developing strategy and writing frameworks/plans to execute strategic objectives.
· Experience communicating directly with 06 level leaders or higher
· Highest Rank achieved: 04 or 05
· Bachelor's Degree Graduated from Staff College or ILE (intermediate level education) or experience equivalent (3-5)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with MDMP , military decision making process
· Master's degree
