Graham Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our customers through data-driven analysis, operational reporting, blood compatibility assessment support, and business process improvement initiatives. The Senior Business Analyst will develop methodologies for monthly operational blood program reports, conduct trend and performance analyses, support ROI modeling efforts, and assist in evaluating blood product compatibility and supply chain comparability.

The selected candidate will apply strong analytical, financial modeling, and process improvement expertise to enhance program performance and ensure alignment with DoD blood program regulatory and operational requirements.

Location: Falls Church, VA

Key Responsibilities:

Blood Program Data Reporting

  • Develop methodology for monthly operational data reports.
  • Aggregate and validate blood collection, processing, storage, distribution, and utilization data.
  • Conduct trend, variance, and performance analyses.
  • Create dashboards and executive-level reporting products.


Blood Comparability Assessment

  • Develop methodology for assessing blood product compatibility and comparability across domestic and international systems.
  • Evaluate blood typing, crossmatching standards, and supply chain capabilities.
  • Document regulatory variances and operational risks.


Business Process Improvement

  • Develop ROI calculation methodology, including:
    • Identification of cost drivers
    • Financial modeling formulas
    • Data source validation
    • Reporting format standardization
  • Support MOA drafting and negotiation documentation.


Strategic Communications Support

  • Analyze outreach campaign effectiveness metrics.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance donor recruitment and retention strategies.


Required Skills:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government background investigation in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Asministration, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field. In lieu of degree, minimum three (3) years of BA experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years as a Senior Business Analyst.
  • Experience in blood banking operations and blood regulations.
  • Experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Financial modeling and ROI analysis capability
  • Process modeling and workflow optimization expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of business operations and financial principles.
