Ideally the person should have ReSa experience and an understanding of how it integrates with Oracle Fusion. Any experience with conversion, integrations, etc would be helpful as well as they will be helping on the client side perform the tasks needed for the upgrade.

Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled Application Administrator to provide technical support, integrations, and administration of financial applications. This role requires experience and knowledge with Oracle Fusion and Linux/Unix, along with Cloud-based environments and solid background supporting financial systems. This resource will play a key role in Oracle Fusion technical support, system integrations, data conversions, exports, and the migration from on-premise to Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion applications, including integrations, configurations, and user/role setup.
• Perform data conversions, exports, and migrations, assisting in moving data from on-premise systems to the Cloud.
• Navigate and administer Linux and Unix environments, supporting system-level troubleshooting.
• Assist with the daily operations of financial applications such as Lawson, Essbase, Paybase, and others.
• Troubleshoot technical application issues and coordinate resolution with systems admins, DBAs, and other support groups.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years' IT experience, with 5+ years as an Administrator or similar technical support role.
• Strong Oracle Fusion technical support knowledge (integrations, configurations, and administration).
• Experience with On-prem Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
• Proficiency in Linux and Unix (navigation, commands, troubleshooting).
• Experience supporting financial applications in a technical capacity.
• Familiarity with Cloud migrations and supporting applications in Cloud-based environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across applications, databases, and custom solutions.
• Experience coordinating with multiple technical teams (systems administrators, DBAs, help desk).
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for meetings and communicating with team members.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with Lawson, Essbase, and Paybase.
• Exposure to large-scale financial or government environments.
• Ability to support both day-to-day operations and project-based work.

MUST HAVES (both 1 and 2):

1.) Technical certification that is relevant to the software/technology they are working with. In this case, Oracle or Oracle Fusion. **If they don't currently have a technical certification, we can help them get one and pay for it. It's an easy process for them.**

2.) In addition to a Tech cert listed above, they must also have one of the following two options listed below (2a) OR (2a).

(2a). Bachelor degree in Information Technology (IT, Software, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science) from an accredited U.S. University. *Associates degree or a Non-U.S. degree (India) does not qualify*

OR

(2b). Have a CompTIA Security+ Certification or CompTIA Cloud+ Certification
