The Opportunity:
CACI's Cyber Line of Business is seeking an exceptional leader. This Executive Director level role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of the Cyber Line of Business and is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, innovation, and technical execution across a diverse cyber-focused portfolio. The Executive Director, Cyber, will lead the organization's efforts in cutting-edge, advanced research in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML), and emerging technologies on behalf of government customers and other national security-focused research entities.
The successful candidate will bring a deep background in advanced cyber research and development, with demonstrated experience in applying emerging technologies to mission-critical challenges and advancing technologies through high technology readiness levels to apply to mission needs. A history of building high-performing, agile organizations, and coaching cross-functional teams is essential.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
Financial and Operational Leadership:
- Achieve financial commitments quarterly and annually with year-over-year growth.
- Develop and manage budgets, control expenditures, and ensure program performance.
- Implement corrective actions for consistent execution and excellence.
- Align delivery with customer objectives.
Business Growth Strategy:
- Expand business by understanding technical trends and leveraging emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to win new opportunities and develop capture strategies.
- Sponsor re-competes and maintain strategic customer engagement.
Strategic Vision and Innovation:
- Lead the Cyber R&D strategy and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Assess future needs and technology trends to shape the technical roadmap.
- Proactively address issues and risks with mitigation strategies.
Customer Engagement and Collaboration:
- Interface with senior government sponsors and build trust-based relationships.
- Drive new business expansion and deliver solutions to national security challenges.
- Oversee technical and management content in customer deliverables and proposals.
- Ensure ethical conduct and a customer-first approach in negotiations.

- Build and sustain a high-performing team across various roles.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical field.
- Minimum of 12 years of related technical and business leadership experience
- Experience with the Intelligence Community and DoD customers
- Demonstrated understanding of elements necessary for the successful transition of research and development into high technology readiness levels for transition into mission operations
- Experience managing profit and loss centers exceeding $50M in annual revenue
- Working knowledge of DoD and/or Federal procurement practices
- Strong track record of growth and capture and proposal management.
- Strong track record of successfully leading large complex programs and portfolios spanning multiple contract types (FFP, CPAF, CPIF, CPFF, T&M).
- Proven exceptional customer relationship building and management skills
- Inspirational leadership style to include demonstrated ability to build success-oriented relationships across CACI, industry, and customer communities
- Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking, along with the capability to lead strategic growth in a challenging forward-thinking environment
- Display effective oral and written communication skills, particularly regarding technical concepts and strategies
- TS/SCI Clearance with Poly
Desired:
- 10 years of experience in cyber research and development
- Proven track record leading large, multi-disciplinary programs with agencies such as DARPA, IARPA, AFRL, or equivalent
- Ph.D
