The Opportunity:
As a CACI Mission & Engineering Support Training and Curriculum Development Specialist supporting the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC), you will contribute to enabling Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) superiority for the Department of Defense, interagency, and coalition partners. Located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, the JNWC is the DOD's Center of Excellence for Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) and PNT capabilities integration.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the team, you will develop training products to enhance the NAVWAR capabilities of the Department of Defense, utilizing the Training Development Capability (TDC) database to create and manage training materials. Your role will involve integrating NAVWAR concepts into strategic, operational, and tactical exercises, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and application of NAVWAR principles across all levels of military operations. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of NAVWAR training programs, ensuring that the Department of Defense maintains PNT superiority and is well-prepared to address NAVWAR challenges in contested environments
You will provide Instructor/Operator (I/O) services to develop training products, documents, requirements, strategies, and training materials, and deliver instruction in support of SIGINT/EW, making a significant impact on national security. You will develop and update Tactical through Strategic Intelligence Systems/Capabilities training products, classes, and documents, and present training to units on current and future capabilities. Your role will involve supporting operational tests, providing training product support using the Training Development Capability (TDC) database, and offering daily operational IT support. You will deliver essential training, including GPS 101 and NAVWAR 101, to both internal and external customers. Additionally, you will support customer training requirements by integrating NAVWAR into strategic, operational, and tactical exercises, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application of NAVWAR principles across all levels of military operations
Qualifications:
Required:
• Security Clearance: Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a related field.
• Relevant Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in NAVWAR, electronic warfare, or a related field.
• Curriculum Development Experience: Proven experience with curriculum development.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills
