Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to architect and guide secure cloud-native solutions supporting mission systems aligned to NASIC operations. This is a hands-on technical leadership role within a classified environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement cloud-native architectures
Lead secure software development efforts
Oversee system integration across mission platforms
Guide development teams within DevSecOps pipelines
Ensure secure coding practices aligned with STIG/RMF standards
Support modernization of legacy systems to scalable cloud platforms
Implement containerized and microservices-based architectures
Required Qualifications
Active security clearance (or recently held)
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent)
5+ years software development experience in secure environments
Cloud-native development experience (AWS/Azure Gov preferred)
Kubernetes/containerization experience
Strong system integration background
Preferred Qualifications
IC or cross-domain data environment experience
Event-driven architecture
AI/ML-enabled system integration
Experience modernizing legacy mission systems
