Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding New Hires:
- Serve as the sole human POC for new hires, including both CACI employees and sub-employees.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding for all new hires on the SEAMREAPER contract and for current employees changing contracts.
- Assess new hires and provide immediate feedback to CACI leads to facilitate their success, including recommending mentors and additional support where necessary.
- Certify new hires' United States citizenship with meticulous attention to detail.
- Set up new employees' CACI accounts, introduce them to the CACI Application portal, and guide them through Workday profiles, time-off requests, and organizational charts.
- Provide and review essential documents such as the Newcomer's briefing, Contract Program Onboarding document, New Hire Benefits document, and important policies.
- Introduce new hires to CACI's intranet, Great First Week training, Perks and Discounts, and the referral program.
- For sub-employees, review specific program items such as time charging and NDAs.
2. Program Management Office (PMO) Support:
- Collaborate with Program Managers to manage day-to-day activities within the PMO.
- Reduce employee turnover by maintaining a pulse on new hires and addressing their needs proactively.
- Work with Agency POCs to ensure new hires and sub-employees have the necessary mission accounts and accesses.
- Serve as the focal point for CACI leaders working off-site, helping them complete business processes and answer company actions promptly.
- Specific duties include:
- Sole POC for sending out OCI Data Calls to SEAMRIPPER leads and reporting findings to the SETA Division Manager.
- Sole POC for processing telework authorizations.
- Sole POC for providing time-sheet instructions to new hires and their CACI Leads.
- Sole POC for maintaining the emergency contact roster.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- TS SCI level clearance with appropriate poly required.
- In-depth knowledge of customers' protocols and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess new hires and provide constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CACI Application portal, Workday, and other relevant systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Program Managers and Agency POCs.
Desired:
- Previous experience in an onboarding or HR coordination role.
- Familiarity with intelligence community-specific onboarding processes.
- Certification in HR or onboarding-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
