Join our dynamic team at CACI as a Digital Records and Information Manager where you will establish and maintain a consistent, scalable structure for the Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) Joint Integration Coordination Cell (JICC) digital information across virtual storage environments. In this impactful role, you will ensure that files, metadata, and organizational practices support efficient reuse, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance Knowledge Management processes.

Additionally, you will prepare digital information, provide analysis reports at the source for seamless integration with collaboration platforms, streamline Knowledge Management analytics tools, and enhance future modernization efforts. You will support and instruct users on authoritative data sources/services and presentation tools to visualize data for the command to quickly understand its environment and inform its decision-making process and support mission planning. This involves working with technical and operational stakeholders, as specified. You will work independently and in coordination with technical and operational stakeholders to reduce information fragmentation, improve discoverability, and accelerate the delivery of modern digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain organization-wide standards for digital file organization, naming conventions, and metadata to streamline and enhance Knowledge Management analytics.
  • Manage and organize digital information repositories to support reuse across platforms and initiatives.
  • Identify and remediate inconsistencies in existing file structures that slow modernization efforts.
  • Prepare digital information for AI/ML use, including support for embeddings, automated retrieval, and classification.
  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management and technical teams to ensure information structures align with platform needs.
  • Reduce manual cleanup and rework required before information can be used in analytics or AI workflows.
  • Document and communicate best practices for digital information organization and reuse.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on applying information standards consistently.
  • Support and instruct users on authoritative data sources/services and presentation tools to meet objectives.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Deliver on-the-job training for systems, tools, and knowledge management services.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • The minimum education and experience for this position is a bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, an associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, a major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, or 11 years of recent specialized experience.
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • Proficient in AI/ML concepts related to document management, such as embeddings and automated retrieval.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable file structures and metadata practices.
  • Experience organizing and managing digital information in complex or technology-enabled environments.
  • Experience coordinating Data Warehousing, with an understanding of data architecture that enhances Knowledge Management processes.
  • Expert competence in the use of Microsoft Office 365 (MS SharePoint).
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom workflows (MS Workflow).
  • Experience building MS Office macros.
  • Experience coding in Javascript, html, Python, ArcPy (limited python scripting specific to ArcGIS) and VBA (within Microsoft applications) to develop custom tools and processes.
  • Experience with Intelligence Oversight requirements
  • Experience working alongside technical teams supporting collaboration or analytics platforms.


Desired:
  • More than three years as a KM Administrator
  • More than three years of operations-intelligence and or security assessment support and analysis experience within the DoD or IC.
  • Experience with the design and development of user interface features, site animations, and HTML knowledge.
  • More than five years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, and well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently and own organization-wide information practices
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility in evolving environments
  • Strong written communication skills for documenting standards and guidance
  • Comfort working in environments undergoing active modernization and change

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
