Underground Facilities Analyst China

Celestar, a B&A Company, has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify a Mid-Level Underground Facilities China Analyst who will be seated at in Reston, VA. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity. We'd love for you to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Dive into underground facility research and database creation.
  • Craft detailed intelligence reports and support target development.
  • Maintain military intelligence databases and produce analytic products for our intelligence community.
  • Support reverse engineering efforts and stay updated in Underground Facilities (UGF)- specific areas.
  • Generate all-source analytical and foundational intelligence reports in line with established standards.
  • Focusing on China.


Requirements

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8yrs of Relevant Experience

Required Skills
  • A solid understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and defend analytic judgments.
  • Proficiency in producing clear and concise analytic reports and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with intelligence collection capabilities and the evaluation of collected intelligence.
  • Familiarity with analytic methodologies such as Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil's Advocacy, Red Team Analysis, etc.
  • Experience with intelligence analysis tools like Record Message Traffic (RMT), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Palantir, MIDB, Google Earth, etc.
  • Strong understanding of ICD 203/206 writing standards
  • Experience with the Middle East.
