· Conversion Salary: $130,000 - 140,000; flex with 3-5 years' experience

Job Overview:
• Design, integrate, and utilize interdisciplinary digital models of products throughout their lifecycle.
• Leverage advanced skills, in-depth technical expertise, and comprehensive industry knowledge.
• Develop creative solutions for complex challenges.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and guide team members.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience:
• At least 1 year in systems engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year conducting systems engineering analysis and creating system engineering outputs for Department of Defense (DoD) or government projects.
• A year of practical experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for creating technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with digital engineering tools including:
• Cameo or MagicDraw
• Sparx EA
• DOORS
• IBM Rhapsody
• Skills:
• Ability to manage multiple systems engineering and program management tasks to support design evaluations and requirements validation.
• Excellent communication skills for building collaborative relationships with government clients and team members.
• Security Clearance: Must hold a Secret clearance.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with:
• MATLAB
• STK
• ModelCenter
• TeamCenter
• Skills:
• Translating and analyzing system requirements into robust designs.
• Understanding of Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
• Competency in identifying, assessing, and resolving technical risks and issues, as well as compiling technical reports and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Education:
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Certifications:
• OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) Certification.
• INCOSE SE Certification.
