Management Analyst

Duties

• Develops/supports the Annual Work Plan (AWP) for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects by having ageneral understanding of DPW's budget, funding procedures, and contract prerequisites to ensure services are rendered properly.
• Develops plans, participates and/or organizes special programs and is responsible to manage reimbursable projects, naturaldisaster projects, infectious disease projects, DPW's databases, etc.
• Prepares and maintains Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), support agreements, and other agreements related toreimbursables and assigned projects
• Plans and executes briefings, workshops, and/or training events for consistency purposes and serves as the focal point for all briefs, workshops, and coordinating training events.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes; experience analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations to establish effective work procedures; Using an automated system to create reports and develop program and budget requirements; Conduct studies to recommend changes or improvements in staffing and work methods. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11)
