Electrical Engineer – Missile Systems
Location: Onsite / Hybrid (as applicable)
Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance required
We are seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to support a fast‑paced engineering team developing and testing complex, mission‑critical systems. This role partners closely with design, integration, and test engineers to take advanced technologies from concept through qualification and deployment.
This is a hands‑on, highly technical role ideal for engineers who enjoy working across the full system lifecycle in a structured, safety‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do
• Apply electrical engineering standards and best practices across system designs
• Support requirements development, design reviews, and technical documentation
• Perform qualification, acceptance, and characterization testing
• Analyze test data to identify performance trends and off‑nominal behavior
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 9+ years of experience, or
Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experience supporting missile systems and applicable industry standards
• Background in the design, test, integration, or deployment of electrical subsystems
Experience releasing engineering documentation (drawings, specifications, test procedures)
Nice to Have
Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
Compensation: $45-60/hour (depending on years of experience)
