Join Synertex LLC and provide data-driven assessment support to senior military leadership. We are seeking a Data Analyst / Assessment Specialist to develop and maintain MOE/MOP frameworks, conduct effects-based assessments, and translate complex data into actionable decision-support products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, clean, validate , and manage structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources across the AOR
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis including descriptive statistics, trend analysis, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling as required
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization products for Government stakeholders using approved tools and platforms
- Build and refine MOE/MOP frameworks, metrics tracking tools, and performance analysis models for security cooperation programs and campaign plans
- Provide data-driven analytic support for effects-based assessments of partner operations, SFA programs, ISR allocation, and medical team efficiency
- Develop data inputs for assessment annexes, operational assessments, and campaign-level reviews
- Maintain data integrity, governance standards, and documentation for all datasets and analytic methodologies
- Produce analytic reports and briefing materials that translate complex data findings into actionable insights for decision-makers
- Collaborate with geospatial, intelligence, and operations analysts to integrate quantitative findings into multi-source products
- Support prescriptive analysis and recommendations for resource allocation optimization
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, operations research, computer science, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, performance assessment, or quantitative research, with at least 2 years supporting DoD, IC, or Federal Government programs
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel (advanced), and at least one of Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards, visualizations, and metrics tracking products
- Experience with assessment frameworks (MOE/MOP, logic models, effects-based assessment) in a military or Government context
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to translate technical data findings for non-technical audiences
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- Master's degree in data science, statistics, operations research, or a related field
- Experience supporting USAFRICOM, a GCC, or TSOC with assessment or data analytics
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for statistical analysis and data pipeline development
- Experience with DoD assessment doctrine (JP 5-0, CJCSI 3401 series) and campaign assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with TRESTLE or similar collaborative research/data platforms
- Knowledge of DoD critical technology areas including trusted AI/autonomy applications
- Experience with geospatial data integration or GIS-enabled analytics
