Millennium Corporation is hiring a Blue Team Operator in Washington DC. ALL candidates MUST have an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI/CI-Poly eligibility to qualify for consideration .
The Blue Team Security Engineer will support a premier Law Enforcement agency. We are looking to expand our industry-leading, high-impact Blue Team. The Blue Team consists of specialized cybersecurity professionals who perform intelligence/ threat-based security assessments on critical systems, major applications, and networks to identify security risks and brief systems owners of the potential impacts of those risks to their mission. The Blue Team performs unbiased, comprehensive assessments that produce actionable security recommendations that are tailored to the assessed environment.

- Identification and Validation of Security Flaws
- Network Mapping / Network Analysis
- Vulnerability Analysis
- Pen-testing network filters and security countermeasures
- Threat Hunting, Incident Response, and Forensic Analysis.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility to qualify for consideration
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science/Electrical Engineering, Engineering (or equivalent) with 2-5 years of experience or a Master's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Prior experience with performing vulnerability assessments, network mapping, and service enumerations within a DOD Network Environment
- Prior experience conducting vulnerability assessments using industry tools: NESSUS, Nmap, Tenable, Kali, Burp Metasploit Core Impact, etc.
- Security+ AND/OR Network+
Desired Skills:
- Vulnerability Assessments using industry tools - NESSUS, Tenable, Kali, Burp Metasploit Core Impact, etc.
- Experience with Incident Response
- Demonstrated success and understanding of accepted frameworks such as, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53
Business Development
- Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements
