Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and mission-focused CI HUMINT Analyst with PAI and Language expertise to provide intelligence analysis and collection integration support to US Army Europe and Africa G2. This role requires demonstrated experience in Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, and Publicly Available Information operations, along with the ability to support multidiscipline intelligence efforts in dynamic operational environments.
The selected candidate will contribute to force protection and enhanced vigilance activities by developing leads, integrating PAI and OSINT with classified reporting, and supporting Intelligence Warfighting Function mission requirements across the EUCOM and AFRICOM theaters.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead a specialized team of language enabled PAI collectors and associated project personnel
• Develop actionable leads for CI and HUMINT persons of interest to mitigate foreign intelligence threats and protect US and Allied forces
• Develop and refine PAI collection and analytic workflows and integrate data to cue multidiscipline intelligence collection efforts
• Conduct quality control of PAI data and develop indicators aligned to USAREUR AF Priority Intelligence Requirements
• Plan and execute Open-Source Intelligence operations and Risk Management Level 2 identity data management activities
• Integrate publicly available information with classified intelligence at scale using advanced analytic tools and data driven methodologies
• Conduct secure collection of critical information using current technologies and tradecraft
• Interface with US interagency PAI and OSINT organizations to ensure access to modern tools and advanced techniques
• Conduct intelligence briefings for US and Allied partners and provide clear communication of complex findings
• Support intelligence advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function mission areas
• Travel within CONUS and OCONUS locations as required to meet mission objectives
• Operate effectively in high tempo environments and deploy to austere or hostile fire zones if required
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, National Security, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, and Publicly Available Information operations
• Demonstrated experience integrating PAI and OSINT with classified intelligence reporting
• Experience supporting CI HUMINT operations within the EUCOM or AFRICOM Area of Responsibility
• Ability to develop intelligence leads aligned to Priority Intelligence Requirements
• Experience producing intelligence reports and briefings for military or government stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel throughout the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility as mission requirements dictate
• Must be willing and able to work shifts, overtime, and deploy to austere environments as required in support of operational missions

• Recent operational CI HUMINT experience in the EUCOM or AFRICOM Area of Responsibility
• Experience working with host nation and third-party nation military partners in joint intelligence production
• Demonstrated ability to multitask across multiple intelligence priorities in dynamic operational environments
