ITility seeks a talented Campaign Analyst (Sr.), STORM Modeler, to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This role will sit onsite at Ramstein, AFB, Germany. As our Campaign Analyst the qualified candidate will conduct researches and analyzes and performs one or more of the following or related activities; applies subject matter expertise and operational experience to concept of operations and mission scenario development; Assists in development of integrated warfare and air campaign scenarios; and assists with functional capability analyses.

Responsibilities:
The Campaign Analyst (STORM Modeler) utilizes various computer-based simulation engineering tools and methodologies to develop models that simulate military campaigns. These models are designed to simulate a range of scenarios, including battlefield dynamics, logistics, troop movements, enemy actions, and resource allocation.
Performs one or more of the following or related activities:
Applies subject matter technical expertise and operational experience to concept of operations and mission scenario development in computer simulations
Assists in development of integrated warfare and air campaign scenarios in computer simulations
Assists with functional capability modeling.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Develops methodology, model enhancements, data configuration control, and research and data collection to support studies using computer-based simulation engineering.
Develops, modifies, debugs, and maintains model databases to support data transfer and data calibration to/from SAF/SA and Joint Staff modeling tools, as required.
Develops and administers repository of supporting model databases. Ensures calibration of model performance parameters.
Models other mission and campaign-level Air Force toolkit models to ensure relevant data are in STORM compatible format; if not, designs scripts to translate/adapt data for use in STORM
Provides operations system support to Government-required studies using STORM for preproduction, production and post-production model runs that accurately portray a given scenario, as well as post-processing
Modifies source code, scripts, and databases to complete studies; limited to eliminating bugs and errors and modifying existing functionality to support ongoing studies.
Post process model output data using existing model functionality, data reduction programs, scripts, database queries, and modeling tools.
Provides output reports and/or briefings to address study findings provided by the Government
Maintains and operates the Linux and Windows 10 STORM PowerPC systems, to include: installing individualized STORM code updates and databases when available.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR an associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR 11 years of specialized experience.
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
Experience analyzing plans, data, intelligence information, or systems.
Experience developing estimates and makes recommendations for deficiencies.
Experience integrating information from a variety of sources into various systems; ensures proper systems interface.
Experiencing collecting data for analysis. Develops products resulting from analysis.
Physical Requirements:
Work is typically performed in an office setting.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
