What you'll do:
- Own and drive the product roadmap across assigned functional areas (Infrastructure, DevSecOps, Business, Governance).
- Partner with the customer to define priorities and translate mission needs into executable technical requirements.
- Oversee Agile ceremonies and backlog management for cross-functional product teams.
- Ensure product delivery supports rapid ATO, Zero Trust compliance, and DevSecOps maturity growth.
- Monitor performance metrics including deployment frequency, reliability, change lead time, and customer adoption.
- Drive customer engagement and technology adoption through strategic communication and targeted outreach.
- Brief executive stakeholders on product health, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive innovation initiatives aligned to AI/ML, automation, FinOps, and enterprise modernization efforts.
What you'll need to succeed:
- An active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or comparable federal mission environments as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic oversight of enterprise IT portfolios and mission performance.
- Demonstrated experience delivering capabilities within DoD or Intelligence Community environments
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale DevSecOps or cloud platforms
- Proven experience developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned to governance priorities.
- Proven experience in translating customer requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and release plans.
- Proven experience in managing a prioritized product roadmap aligned to enterprise objectives, funding, and mission timelines.
- Proven experience in Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban methodologies across cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in executive-level reports and briefings for leadership, including product progress, risk posture, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in driving customer experience (CX) improvements and the adoption of new initiatives.
SALARY RANGE: $184,000 - $228,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
