The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. The OPS IV serves as the principal operational integrator supporting the Tech Director/Chief Engineer in an Army program. This position operates with delegated authority to synchronize engineering, acquisition, logistics, cybersecurity, and operational activities to ensure technical execution remains aligned with program objectives, schedule, and compliance. This is mission critical role requiring independent judgement and technical program understanding.

Responsibilities:
• Synchronize engineering efforts and track technical action items, design reviews, engineering changes, and suspense dates.
• E nsure alignment between engineering execution and acquisition milestones by coordinating daily battle rhythm activities supporting the Chief Engineer.
• Manage taskers and staffing packet by using Government established tool (DARTS) and MS Teams.
• Manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.).
• Develop and publish organizational level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, directives, and communications (SITREP, OPORD, Reports, Information Papers).
• Represent Chief Engineer in meetings and conferences.
• Plan and manage facility requirements.
• Identify technical gaps and drive resolution prior to higher leadership escalation.
• Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
• Support milestone events (IPR, PDR, CDR, TRR, SCA - V, UA, etc.) through planning and tracking.
• Interface with Acquisition, contracting, logistics, cybersecurity, and test communities.
• Supports configuration management coordination in partnership with Engineering Leads.
• Support technical budget tracking and resource allocation visibility.
• Coordinate test events logistics and equipment tracking and activities.
• Ensure traceability of hardware and engineering assets across various locations.
• Maintain Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tracker and accountability list within the Tech directorate. Conduct assessment on the GFE on behalf of the Chief Engineer.
• Coordinate equipment requirements and information needed to successfully support work functions. Coordination on equipment requests from Vendors and Third parties.
• Maintain visibility of technical risk posture across the portfolio and provide impact analysis and recommend mitigation strategies to the Chief Engineer.
• Facilitate and coordinate briefings from the Army and opportunities for one-on-one meetings between industry and Army personnel to discuss specific programs and capabilities.
• Archive Operations functional documents and information.
• Depending on placement in organization, maybe required to support special requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Masters degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Bachelors degree 10 years relevant experience or Associates Degree with 12 years relevant experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint, MS Teams, MS 365
• Strong knowledge of Army acquisition lifecycle
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
• Strong system engineering process and configuration management
• Experience in coordinating CDRLs related to engineering, technical data packages, and other compliance documents
• Experience coordinating test events and technical development packages
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in high visibility environments
• Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
