Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experince supporting IC customers in data/technology-driven environments
- Ability to bridge technical teams and operational stakeholders (translator between mission & IT)
- Experience working across enterprise tools
- Desired: WordPress, Confluence, Jira, Tableau and/or Power BI, SharePoint
- Experience integrating commercial platforms with custom data systems
- Desired: Palantir, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or AWS
- Experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions
- Ability to design dashboards and reporting solutions (both executive-level decision support & operational analysis)
- Proficiency in scripting/automation languages
- Desired: Python, Powershell, or Bash
- Proficiency in front-end development languages
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
- Ability to gather requirements, document systems/processes, and deliver user training
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stand up new systems or processes from scratch
- Experience providing tier-one support and driving user adoption of new technology solution
