Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:
The expected annual salary range: $115k - $145k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
Possesses the knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability to perform tasks related to the technical/professional discipline they are performing. Possesses the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their area of expertise. Shall also possess the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines (Program Office and Staff Level Support interface).

Responsibilities include:
- Possess non-technical DoD acquisition program management familiarization necessary to provide a wide range of acquisition support services.
- Utilize desktop publishing tools to create, edit, and distribute materials, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational standards, including but not limited to letters, memoranda, and briefing slides.
- Management and monitoring of Branch’s workflow.
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for internal and external meetings, including planning and dry-run sessions, employing effective project management techniques.
- Offer expert oral and written communication, maintaining transparent and effective coordination across various levels of the organization.
- Coordinate across Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to help plan and implement assigned tasks consistent with responses and solutions previously provided.
- Coordinate Branch and IPT responses and deliverables and collaborate with the Division Action Group (DAG) to staff packages for review and/or approval by Senior Materiel Leader and Division leadership.
- Support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense tasks using AFMC Task Management Tool (TMT).
- Assist with consolidating information for, generating charts, and facilitating staff meetings for senior program management. Charts include data from various tracking systems (travel, accountability, calendars, top issues, suspenses, personnel actions, etc.).
- Provide support and managerial responsibilities as the Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the Branch in the Defense Travel System (DTS), to include assisting personnel in receiving a Government Travel Card.
- Assist with the planning and drafting of the Management Acquisition Report (MAR) and Program Executive Officer (PEO) Activity Report (PAR), other acquisition reports and deliverables as required.
- Provide support and managerial responsibilities as ATAAPS timekeeper, to include adding and changing personnel in ATAAPS, answering questions for Branch civilians, and coordination with the Division ATAAPS focal point.
- Support the preparation, tracking, and follow up of various inspections, to include but not limited to the Management Internal Control Tool (MICT), Inspector General (IG), Government Accountability Office (GAO), etc.
- Provide briefings and updates to Branch leadership on responses, solutions, and status for all assigned tasks.
- Assist with the management of data collection, inputs, processing and tracking for the Branch managers and IPTs.
- Assist with the consolidation of information, coordination of reviews and approvals, and quality assurance of draft and final documents, reports and briefings as required.
- Assist with planning and tracking award review boards, award and decoration packages, Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) inputs for weapon system contractors (not on this A&AS contract), personnel performance reports and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Division Action Group (DAG) at AFLCMC/WIN and assist the WINB branch (and its members) with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages. The Contractor will assist with consolidating package information that needs to be staffed to AFLCMC/WIN, AFLCMC/WI, AFLCMC, AFMC, the AF, and DoD and its various organizations in support of the program and leadership.
- Assist the division (and its members) with travel approval worksheets, to include drafting estimates and justification for travel. The Contractor will assist with consolidating and staffing travel requests to the division as required.
- Assist with the employment of analytical methods or techniques to collect, analyze, and evaluate information required by the branch managers.
- Assist with coordinating all WINB branch top issues, activity reports, and briefings for the AFLCMC/WIN staff meetings.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 10 years of experience as a Program Manager with at least 3 years in DoD environment.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Prior Commander’s Action Group (CAG)/Division Action Group (DAG) experience desired.
- Proficient in the use of Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT), Defense Travel System (DTS), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft applications (Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, Visio, and Word).
- Working knowledge of the DoD acquisition and project management processes.
