In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for these roles in Washington State are $18.99 - $61.06 per hour for Manufacturing (Assembly) and Facilities Technicians, $17.75 - $46.63 per hour for Quality Inspectors, $80,500 - $236,500 per year for Electrical Engineers and $84,000 - $178,000 per year for NDT Quality Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
