Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage:
$28.79

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product/parts testing, inspection, and process validation to ensure compliance with quality standards AS9100D/ISO9001.
- Mechanical Inspection using engineering drawings in machine shop environment.
- Electrical inspection of electrical assemblies and subassemblies in electrical/fiber lab environment.
- Work within quality control department receiving inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and shipping inspection.
- Work with engineering, production, shipping/receiving teams to improve manufacturing processes and commercialize new products.
- Conduct internal audits of per AS9100D standard.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2 years of experience OR 4 years of experience in assembly, construction, testing, repair, and modification of electrical, electronic machine, or mechanical parts using drawings, specific instructions or standard procedure plus U.S. Military Electronics School.
- Experience in quality control a plus. Solder training and certification a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in dimensional inspection using precision measuring tools in machine shop environment, GD&T a plus, CAD software a plus, experience in lab environment using electrical multimeters, cabling inspection experience a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality regulations, and root cause analysis techniques a plus.
