Responsibilities
- IP Address Management: Oversee the IP Address Management process, ensuring optimal use and allocation.
- Automation: Implement automated solutions for requirements management, change management, and configuration management.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect, track, and manage project requirements, linking them to source documents and architectures.
- Subnet Management: Manage IPAM subnets, workflows, and front-door processes.
- Efficiency Optimization: Enhance the efficiency of routing services and subnets for cloud services.
- Technical Documentation: Develop, tailor, and maintain documentation for software productivity tools.
- Consulting and Training: Provide expert consulting, training, and hands-on support to project personnel, including Key Management staff.
- Data Management: Perform regular backups of software productivity tools databases, datasets, and files.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline. Alternatively, 4 additional years of experience in software engineering, system engineering, system administration, or configuration management may substitute for the degree
- 14+ years of combined experience as a software engineer, system engineer, system administrator, or configuration management engineer.
- 8+ years of experience as a Tools Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Proven IPAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 subnetting.
- DOD8570-M, IAT Level 1 certification.
Desired:
- Additional certifications or training in network management and automation tools.
- Experience with cloud services and routing protocols.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
