ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Software Developer (Army Vantage) with at least a Dept. Of Defense Secret security clearance or higher to support the Army's data modernization and analytics mission under the CECOM SETA Program. The candidate will leverage Army Vantage and related BI platforms to design data-driven applications that improve readiness visibility and automate reporting processes.

Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy analytics dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
- Design and maintain SQL, DAX, and API-driven integrations within Army data environments.
- Develop automation pipelines and data visualization solutions supporting command-level reporting.
- Collaborate within Agile teams on requirements, design, and implementation.
- Support Army data modernization initiatives across the Vantage environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of work experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and API-based automation.
- Strong understanding of Army or DoD analytics environments.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Army Vantage, EMDS, or AIMMS programs.
- Experience in Agile or DevSecOps teams.
- Advanced degree in Data Analytics or related field preferred.
