Database Administrator - TS/SCI Poly Required

We are currently seeking a Database Administrator to join a talented team that develops enhancements and modifications to existing software systems. The successful candidate will provide database administration to high priority infrastructure/systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Database administration of servers in cluster and container environments running a variety of
applications to include Ubuntu Linux.
• Work will include refinement of database architecture design, installation, configuration, maintenance,
and urgent troubleshooting efforts.
• Perform administrative and maintenance tasks on PostGRES databases.
• Perform planning, coordination, and execution of database installations and upgrades and patches.
• Respond to all database related work requests, including working with system maintainers, system
engineering analysis, and integration efforts.
• Maintain and update design and database schema documentation. The work environment fluctuates
between routine and urgent, depending on ongoing tasks, priorities, and performance of assigned
systems.
