Indotronix is seeking a Lead QA Analyst in Dallas, TX, for our direct client
Position Title: Lead QA Analyst
Position Location: Dallas, TX
Ability to work remote: Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remote to start, must be willing to come onsite 5 days in future
Acceptable time zone(s): EST
Days of the week: M-F 40 hours
Working Hours: M-F 8-5 EST
OT: Possible, only if there is a weekend release
Duration: Contract to hire
Roles/Responsibilities:
• The Regulatory Risk and Compliance Reporting team in Business Technology and Innovation Group at client is dedicated to developing innovative technology solutions to support the Regulatory submissions of the Bank.
• The Senior Test Analyst will work on data intensive Applications that support business and regulatory requirements related to FRY 9c, FRY 14M/Q, Single counterparty Credit limit FR2590, Basel III, FDIC 370/371.
• 5-8 years of experience with Data and Report testing.
• Expertise in SQL and testing methodologies.
• Intermediate proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with using R or Python would be advantageous to build data and report validation.
• Knowledge and experience of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
• Working knowledge of standard software testing cycles.
• Debugging skills to identify the root cause of issues/bugs.
• Oversee testing delivery documentation as required.
Must Have Skills:
• SQL and testing methodologies
• Data Analysis
• Python or R
• Knowledge of data modeling/data warehouse concepts
• Knowledge of standard software testing cycles
• Debugging skills
Flex Skills:
• Experience working with specific regulations or regulatory reports
• Banking basics general knowledge
