Description:
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA AP processes including Vendor Master, Invoice Verification, Payments, bank interfaces, and closing activities.
- Manage end-to-end AP lifecycle from invoice capture through payment and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper Universal Journal (ACDOCA) integration, account determination, taxes, and G/L reconciliation.
- Design and support integrations with vendor portals, ECM tools (e.g., OnBase), and SAP modules (MM, CO, AA).
- Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces (APIs, IDocs, BAPIs), monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Lead or support requirements, configuration, testing, cutover, documentation, and production support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to standardize processes, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) experience with a strong focus on Accounts Payable.
- Proven configuration experience with SAP AP modules and payment processes.
- Solid understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) structure and financial integration concepts.
- Experience integrating SAP with external systems such as vendor portals or ECM platforms.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, BAPIs).
- Experience supporting testing cycles and production support.
