The Red Gate Group is seeking an Intelligence Capabilities Analyst. In this role you will work independently on assignments and contribute to project deliverables with moderate oversight, supporting Battlespace Awareness capability profile management and contributing to implementation of the National Defense Strategy. This role identifies and assesses existing and emerging DoD, Service, CSA, IC, and Five Eyes material and non-material requirements.

The Red Gate Group is seeking an Intelligence Capabilities Analyst. Responsibilities
- Support Battlespace Awareness capability profile management, contributing to implementation of the National Defense Strategy
- Identify and assess existing and emerging Department of Defense, Service, Combat Support Agencies, Intelligence Community, and Five Eyes material and non-material requirements
- Inform leaders and warfighters on developing tactical technologies focusing on joint interoperability that address anticipated capability gaps
- Support the Joint Capability and Integrated Development System and JS J8 Capability Gap Assessment Process
- Nominate Ongoing Efforts (OGEs) within the KM/DS database for investment and risk mitigation
- Facilitate assessment of significant capability demonstrations
- Analyze projects for critical interest for technology transition for OUSD(I&S) Intelligence & Security Innovation and Data Office (INSID)
- Work with Joint Interoperability Test Command Technology Evaluation and Field Test teams to advance priorities
- Provide assessment reports and measurable outcomes informing investment decisions for warfighting capabilities and technology transition initiatives
- Enable effective interagency and international partner collaboration through work with OUSD(I&S) Enterprise Storm, NSA programs, and Global Information Dominance Experiments
