The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Intelligence SME & SOF Liaison. This position provides technical leadership, mentors junior staff, and drives key data management and analysis initiatives supporting DIE interoperability and modernization. The role focuses on developing, sharing, and analyzing comprehensive data arrays to establish end-to-end data management practices and foster interoperability across the IC data ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, investigate, and evaluate experimental projects/programs for USSOCOM and Combatant Commands (CCMD) to identify solutions that mitigate top priority capability gaps
- Develop and publish reports on baseline observations and findings, making recommendations to government stakeholders
- Work with analysts on innovative approaches to metadata tagging strategies, allowing for significant improvements in organizing data based on structured methodologies
- Promote enhanced analyst Content, Discovery, and Retrieval (CD&R) and dynamic Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED)
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and assessing potential impacts of known or emerging digital enterprise management technologies
- Facilitate DIA's ability to quickly adapt and integrate technologies (Common Data Fabric (CDF)) in cloud-based and ML environments relevant to mission needs
- Use AI tools to map and align CCMD Integrated Priority Lists (IPLs) within the Knowledge Management/Decision System (KMDS)
- Develop assessment summaries pertaining to projects at USSOCOM exercises, identifying DOTmLPF-P activities for leadership review
- Develop operational Joint Use Cases (JUCs) for DIA's Common Data Fabric (CDF) and OUSD(I&S) Enterprise Challenge
- Promote education and use of intelligence products, including pedigree mapping of analyst activities to Joint Mission Threads (JMT) and Operational Mission Threads (OMT)
