The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This role provides expert analytical and consultative support across complex, mission-critical programs, ensuring delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with customer objectives. The Program Analyst plays a key role in overseeing performance, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting decision-making in a fast-paced Intelligence Community environment.

Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Performance Management
- Provide expert consultative support within assigned functional and technical areas.
- Oversee delivery and performance management to ensure program objectives are met.
- Monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are consistently applied.
- Identify, track, and resolve program issues and risks.
Planning, Analysis & Requirements
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and validation with customers and stakeholders.
- Support new project identification, tracking, and functional analysis.
- Validate project concepts and implementation approaches with government stakeholders.
- Develop and finalize project implementation plans.
- Define, manage, monitor, and control project scope, cost, risk, and schedule.
Leadership & Coordination
- Manage all aspects of project activity, organizing and assigning responsibilities to team members.
- Lead teams on large, complex projects and ensure successful task execution.
- Coordinate task planning, scheduling, and attendance tracking and reporting.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with program standards.
- Provide management reporting and oversight to government leadership.
Stakeholder & Organizational Support
- Manage customer relationships and communications to ensure transparency and trust.
- Assist senior government managers with organizational philosophy, mission, vision, and management advisory support.
- Provide input into organizational structure, re-organization efforts, and associated change management activities.
- Support effective collaboration across customers, teaming partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (or ability to successfully pass a polygraph).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant program analysis, program management, or consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with technical, contractual, and administrative responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Project (including EPM), SharePoint, and Visio.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting the Department of Defense and/or the Intelligence Community.
- Experience advising senior leaders in high-visibility or mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with large-scale enterprise or IT-enabled programs.
