The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Web Developer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in modern web technologies to design, build, and maintain mission-critical websites and digital platforms. You'll work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions that are both effective and visually compelling. Your work will combine technical proficiency with creativity to deliver seamless digital experiences that support the DIA's mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, update, and maintain organizational websites and digital content across multiple platforms.
- Integrate text, images, graphics, audio, and video into engaging and interactive web products.
- Create innovative website designs and prototypes; present and refine concepts with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all solutions are user-friendly, accessible, secure, and aligned with the latest web standards and design trends.
- Configure and customize SharePoint sites to support workflow automation, content management, and collaboration tools.
- Collaborate with mission partners to assess requirements, develop solutions, and deliver timely updates.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship in best practices for web development, design, and security.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take CI Poly
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
- Alternatively: Bachelor's degree with 5+ additional years of senior experience (total of 13+ years).
- Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern web development and the ability to deliver mission-critical solutions.
- Proven ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique approaches to solve complex challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while also collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
