The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with deep ServiceNow expertise to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Chief Information Officer, Service Central Program Management Office (CIO-2). In this role you will lead and manage ServiceNow platform implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities on schedule and within budget while meeting DIA mission requirements.

• Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
• Master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT project management with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise platform implementation projects, preferably ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment with DIA enterprise IT strategy and program objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for ServiceNow module deployments and platform enhancements
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams including developers, administrators, business analysts, and Government stakeholders
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk throughout the project lifecycle using established project management methodologies
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with Government stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow technical requirements
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for ServiceNow development efforts
- Track and report project status, milestones, risks, and issues to senior Government leadership and program management
- Coordinate with ServiceNow SMEs and technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and security requirements
- Manage project dependencies and integration points with other enterprise systems and ongoing initiatives
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans for ServiceNow deployments
- Ensure ServiceNow implementations comply with DIA governance frameworks, security requirements, and configuration management standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues to program leadership as appropriate
- Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings on project status, accomplishments, and roadmaps
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with ServiceNow representatives as needed
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency

- Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.
Level of Responsibility:
- Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

- The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. - This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
