Responsibilities
Unity Development:
- Implement features and enhancements in Unity (C#).
- Contribute to subsystem improvements within an established architecture.
- Resolve defects and performance issues.
- Support UI systems, input handling, and application workflows.
System Support:
- Follow existing architectural patterns and coding standards.
- Participate in debugging and troubleshooting framework-level issues
- Assist with integration between Unity and external systems.
Code Quality:
- Write maintainable, well-structured C# code.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to unit or functional testing efforts.
- Document technical decisions when appropriate.
Agile Participation:
- Participate in sprint planning and task estimation.
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly.
- Deliver committed sprint work reliably.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or HS Diploma and Equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years professional software development experience.
- 2+ years Unity development experience.
- Strong C# fundamentals.
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
- Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Experience with performance profiling in Unity.
- Experience working within a shared application framework.
- Familiarity with desktop C# development (e.g., WPF).
- Experience integrating Unity with external services.
- Experience working in structured development environments.
