Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain advanced software applications and systems that support mission-critical digital products. This role involves building logical and mathematical solutions, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-performance system integration to support complex operational environments.
The ideal candidate is experienced in systems analysis, software architecture, network integration, and performance optimization, with a strong ability to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, document, test, and debug application software and system-level solutions
Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with hardware engineers and system designers to develop integrated electronic data processing systems
Analyze user requirements and determine system capabilities to resolve issues related to program intent, input/output requirements, data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls
Develop and maintain compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating system components as required
Ensure compliance with established software engineering standards and best practices
Support network integration activities and optimize system performance through diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues
Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and long-term viability while minimizing lifecycle costs
Develop and test software supporting mission-critical digital products
Create software capabilities that support computer network operations, reverse engineering activities, and application interfaces
Identify capability gaps within analytics systems, particularly related to data ingest, processing, and enrichment
Contribute to the development of maintenance manuals and operating procedures

Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Experience designing and developing complex software systems
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java, or similar)
Experience with systems integration and performance optimization
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and secure coding standards
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system-level issues across hardware and software environments
Experience supporting networked systems and diagnosing integration issues

Desired Skills
Experience supporting computer network operations or reverse engineering efforts
Familiarity with analytics platforms and large-scale data ingest and enrichment pipelines
Experience developing system-level tools such as compilers, assemblers, or operating system components
Experience working in mission-driven or government environments
