Join CACI and support U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) in delivering critical Information Warfare (IW) and planning capabilities across the Indo-Pacific theater. This role provides direct support to USFK and INDOPACOM, integrating Information Warfare, Special Access Program (SAP) capabilities, and sensitive activities into joint operational planning and execution.
As an Information Warfare (IW) and Special Access Program (SAP) Planner, you will provide subject matter expertise across joint IO/IW planning processes, ensuring sensitive activities, SAP capabilities, and Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) are fully integrated into operational concepts and campaign execution. You will support the development, coordination, and staffing of joint planning products while advising senior leaders on strategy, policy, and doctrine implications.
This is a high-impact role at the operational and strategic level-supporting competition, deterrence, and readiness in a complex theater.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop operational concepts, plans, annexes/tabs, estimates, and other planning deliverables covering IO/IW, sensitive activities, SAP capabilities, and related Information-Related Capabilities (IRCs).
- Provide SAP technical expertise supporting the management of compartmented programs, accounts, and facilities.
- Integrate SAP/ACCM considerations into planning and execution of special activities supporting the USFK competition approach.
- Research, develop, validate, and assess IO/IW tools and capabilities, including sensitive activities.
- Incorporate IRCs and sensitive activities into operations orders, campaign plans, annexes, and assessment frameworks.
- Coordinate OIE inclusion across campaign planning and execution efforts.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend innovative tools, applications, processes, and integrated solutions to enhance mission effectiveness.
- Active TS//SCI with SAP and ACCM eligibility
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in:
- Joint operational planning
- Information Operations (IO) / Information Warfare (IW)
- Sensitive activities support or related operational roles
- Proven experience producing and staffing plans/annexes and coordinating across security, operations, and intelligence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within SAP/compartmented program environments and meet all access and training requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate for senior staff engagement and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience integrating SAP/ACCM into planning governance processes.
- Experience advising on national-level strategy, policy, or doctrine impacts to operational planning.
- Experience with innovation pipelines, including tool evaluation, pilots/experiments, and transition planning.
